The most common non-warranty causes include:

• Prolonged water immersion

• Chemical exposure

• Scratches, cracks, or damage from drops or impacts

• Heat exposure or improper storage

In these situations, lenses typically cannot be repaired and must be replaced.

Lens Replacement Cost

If the damage is not covered by the warranty:

• Replacement lens cost: $8.50

• Free shipping is included on all replacement lens orders

You only pay for the replacement lens itself—no additional shipping fees.
